This form is for simple event registration requests. If you have a more complex event registration request (e.g. multiple pricing structure, multiple activities, etc.), first contact alumni.help@dartmouth.edu.

Fields marked with an * are required. Please keep in mind a minimum of two business days (from submission) is required to create an event registration form for your review. Once you have reviewed and approved the form, it can be made public. Thank you for your submission!
